📋 Description

• Own customer contracting from first redline through signature. • Drive payer trading partner agreements and key vendor agreements to close quickly while maintaining compliance standards. • Be a strategic partner across Stedi, using legal expertise to further business interests. • Negotiate BAAs as part of customer, payer, and vendor deals. • Improve, expand, and automate playbooks and workflows. • Take on new areas based on interest and business need.

🎯 Requirements

• Bar-admitted • Healthcare experience, whether through BigLaw or in-house. • Strong writing skills • Ability to explain complex issues in plain language for different stakeholders. • Comfortable with high-volume work and shifting priorities • Ability to maintain high quality through effective systems and habits. • Thrive in ambiguity, create structure from chaos. • Business acumen to blend legal rigor with strategic persuasion • Relentless and resourceful, must follow up, escalate, and push until the job is done with professionalism and integrity. • Able to communicate clearly and confidently with executives, lawyers, regulators, procurement staff, engineers, and everyone in between. • Ability to move fast and operate with precision.
