📋 Description

• Lead the construction and evolution of advanced AI solutions, ensuring scalability, efficiency and innovation. • Define AI solution architectures with LLMs and advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). • Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems. • Create and optimize semantic search and embeddings pipelines. • Integrate APIs and tools for intelligent solutions. • Work on strategic projects, connecting technology and business. • Ensure engineering best practices, scalability and observability. • Support technical decisions and work hands-on.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with AI solution architectures (LLMs, RAG, agents). • Experience with multi-agent systems and A2A (agent-to-agent) patterns. • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB or similar). • Experience with Python and API integration. • Knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform). • Experience with AI-assisted development workflows. • Analytical and strategic mindset. • Autonomy and a strong sense of ownership. • Good communication with technical and business teams. • Proactive problem-solving skills. • Critical thinking and a focus on innovation. • Experience with Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Spanner). • Experience in regulated environments (banking, payments, etc.). • Experience deploying agents to production. • Participation in AI projects, community initiatives or related contributions.
