📋 Description

• Administer, maintain, and ensure the availability of the Azure DevOps platform • Configure and improve internal development processes, including the creation of custom fields and templates • Manage capacity, team configurations, users, groups, profiles, and permissions • Evaluate, validate, and install platform extensions • Create and configure new pipelines and support repository organization • Correct inconsistencies in records and process data entry • Develop queries and support information extraction for analysis and monitoring • Develop and customize Power BI dashboards and reports connected to Azure DevOps • Define KPIs, tracking metrics, formulas, and business rules • Apply corporate visual standards and governance practices in Power BI • Configure workspaces, credentials, and access, and support integrations between Azure DevOps, databases, and BI platforms • Monitor data-loading activities and automations • Deliver training on dashboards and performance indicators • Provide ongoing functional and technical support to users • Conduct training on Azure DevOps usage and best practices • Support teams in adopting pipelines and configuring/providing guidance on Boards • Assist in defining templates and agile management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience administering and supporting Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards, and Artifacts) • Access management (users, groups, and permissions) • Creation and maintenance of customized processes • Advanced knowledge of Power BI for developing dashboards, KPIs, queries, data extraction, and analysis • Ability to deliver internal training • Ability to provide technical and functional support to users
