📋 Description

• Design, implement and advance the observability strategy using Datadog and the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch + Kibana) • Structure and correlate metrics, logs and traces for troubleshooting and root cause analysis • Define and evolve SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets, dashboards and intelligent alerts, reducing noise and accelerating incident resolution • Act as a technical lead during critical incidents, conducting root cause analyses and proposing preventive actions to avoid recurrence • Support development squads in adopting SRE, DevOps, observability and reliability best practices • Automate operational tasks and processes using Python • Contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform, promoting greater stability, scalability and operational efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or related areas • Strong experience with Datadog • Experience analyzing logs using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch and Kibana) • Experience correlating metrics, logs and traces to identify root cause • Experience in mission-critical environments, high availability and high transactional volume • Knowledge of observability practices and application monitoring • Knowledge of cloud computing, preferably AWS • Knowledge of Kubernetes • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) • Automation using Python • Knowledge of Java applications at runtime and troubleshooting • Experience defining SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets and an SRE culture will be considered a plus • Experience in Multi-Cloud environments will be considered a plus • Advanced operations automation will be considered a plus • Knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to observability and operations (AIOps) will be considered a plus
