📋 Description

• Administer the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, ensuring availability, security, and compliance • Manage identities and access through Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) • Lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of Microsoft Teams • Optimize audio and video settings, conduct advanced diagnostics, and monitor the quality of calls and meetings • Develop routine automations and workflows using PowerShell and Power Automate • Build integrations and customizations for Teams using the Microsoft Graph API

🎯 Requirements

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 services is preferred • Demonstrated expertise in the deployment, governance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Teams • Strong experience managing identities with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID • Experience resolving complex media issues (audio, video, and network) in Teams • Strong automation and scripting skills in PowerShell focused on M365 and Teams • Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Graph API for customizing tools • Ability to create automated operational workflows with Power Automate
