📋 Description

• Lead and develop technical infrastructure teams • Administer Windows Server (2016 through 2025), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, PKI, and Entra ID • Work with virtualization and hyperconverged infrastructure using VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or Nutanix • Manage clusters, high availability, and server infrastructure from Dell, HPE, or Lenovo • Perform patching and hardening, and manage WSUS, MECM/SCCM, Intune, and PowerShell automation • Monitor Windows workloads in cloud environments, especially Azure • Prepare pricing, technical sizing, and proposals based on effort, seniority, and team composition • Apply artificial intelligence to infrastructure operations, including automation, log analysis, event correlation, and AI-assisted troubleshooting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field • Knowledge of ITIL • Familiarity with agile methodologies • Experience tracking performance indicators and managing teams • Fluent English or fluent Spanish
