📋 Description

• Ensure that IT solutions are aligned with the business’s strategic objectives • Map processes and systems, and define standards and architectures that support growth and innovation • Ensure that technology practices comply with internal and external standards and regulations • Facilitate communication between business and technology teams by translating needs into practical solutions • Create technology roadmaps to support the organization’s evolution and digital maturity • Oversee the execution of initiatives, ensuring adherence to the defined architecture • Work in partnership with a digital bank dedicated to businesses as part of the financial services market

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration with a focus on IT, or a related field • Previous experience in systems architecture, project management, and leading multidisciplinary teams • Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, UML) • Knowledge of systems architecture and platform integration • Knowledge of cloud computing, information security, and data governance • Strategic thinking • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to translate technical complexity into accessible language for executives • Experience in digital transformation is a plus • TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, or similar certifications are a plus • Holistic perspective is a plus • Leadership skills are a plus • Focus on innovation is a plus
