📋 Description

• Operate the Mainframe environment • Proactively monitor infrastructure components and applications to prevent business impacts • Monitor, analyze, adjust, and resume production routine processing flows • Check the production activity scheduling system daily and perform the strategic checklist • Troubleshoot and document events occurring in the production environment • Manage, execute, and control IT service requests • Perform releases and support operational processes for implementing IT changes in production
