📋 Description

• Develop and enhance backend solutions in Python • Create and maintain web applications using Flask and Jinja2 • Implement integrations with SQL Server • Optimize database queries, views, and indexes • Ensure code quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement • Support technical improvements and the evolution of the solution architecture • Implement a Python solution to meet the Legal and Human Resources departments’ requirements for querying and sharing information

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of backend development experience • Strong proficiency in Python • Experience developing web applications and APIs, as well as integrating with Microsoft SQL Server • Experience with Flask and Jinja2 • Knowledge of SQLAlchemy and PyODBC • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap 5, and JavaScript • Knowledge of Git and software development best practices • Strong autonomy in implementing and supporting solutions • Ability to work in complex corporate environments and contribute to the team’s technical decisions • Preferred qualifications: experience with architecture, knowledge of application security, experience with process automation, and knowledge of GCP environments
