📋 Description

• Administer and enhance the Zabbix platform in a production environment; • Configure hosts, items and monitoring for different vendors and technologies; • Create and maintain monitoring templates using protocols such as SNMP, Modbus and OPC; • Develop and maintain low-level discovery (LLD) rules; • Define dependencies between triggers and manage escalated alerts; • Implement automations related to monitoring and event handling; • Support the expansion of monitoring for services and assets within the Industrial Automation infrastructure; • Develop, standardize and evolve operational and executive dashboards in Grafana; • Build indicators and monitoring panels for operations, coordination and management; • Drive continuous improvement of observability and monitoring processes and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Technology-related field; • Strong knowledge of Zabbix; • Experience with Grafana; • Experience monitoring infrastructure, networks and services; • Experience with SNMP, Modbus and OPC protocols; • Experience configuring templates, triggers, actions and automations in Zabbix; • Knowledge of alert management and layered monitoring (Layered Monitoring); • Ability to operate in critical production environments.
