📋 Description

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards, KPI scorecards and paginated reports. • Data Extraction and Transformation: Connect to diverse data sources (SQL databases, cloud data warehouses, APIs) and clean/model data using Power Query. • Advanced Analytics: Write, optimize and maintain complex calculations, measures and queries using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX). • Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize the performance of existing reports, DAX calculations and data refresh processes to ensure speed and scalability. • Governance and Administration: Manage roles in Power BI workspaces, user permissions, app distribution, gateway connections and scheduled refreshes. • User Support and Training: Document data transformation logic and deliver training to enable end users with self-service analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• English: Advanced • Power BI Suite: Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, Power Query Editor and Gateway administration. • Languages: Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and of M and DAX for data manipulation. • Data Warehousing and Data Architecture: Solid understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks, relational databases and data warehouse concepts. • Ecosystem Integration: Experience working with the Microsoft Azure data stack (Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse) or Microsoft Fabric. • Visualization Best Practices: Knowledge of UX/UI guidelines for dashboards, focusing on data clarity and visual communication. • Desired Skills: Familiarity with advanced analytics tools such as Python and R, or version control tools like Git.
