📋 Description

• Plan and monitor the complete software development lifecycle • Prepare and manage schedules, roadmaps, and delivery plans • Manage and prioritize the development team's tasks • Serve as the primary point of contact between business, technology, and other stakeholders • Lead functional and technical refinement of specifications with requesting teams • Ensure the quality and traceability of requirements • Monitor project risks, dependencies, and blockers • Maintain and enhance solution data models • Provide technical support to the team in architecture and solution decisions • Monitor performance indicators and ensure commitments are met

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst, Functional Analyst, Project Lead, or IT Project Manager • Proven experience leading critical or highly complex projects • Experience managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams • Knowledge and practical application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) • Experience with demand management tools, preferably Jira • Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with business units and technical teams • Organized, committed to deadlines, and results-oriented • Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation (a plus) • Knowledge of Java development (a plus) • Knowledge of Angular (a plus) • Experience in large-scale corporate environments (a plus) • Experience with digital transformation and legacy system modernization (a plus) • This position is also open to applicants with disabilities
