📋 Description

• Serve as the technical link between N2 Support and the Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, Quality, and Data teams • Conduct advanced technical analyses of reported incidents and problems, identifying root causes and recommending solutions • Investigate failures using logs, dashboards, administrative consoles, and controlled tests • Document findings and technical information clearly to guide the responsible teams • Create and maintain scripts and automations for recurring incidents, enabling N2 Support to act autonomously • Contribute to continuous process improvement by proposing adjustments based on metrics and performance indicators • Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, ensuring alignment on context, impact, and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience diagnosing systems and analyzing complex incidents • Ability to interpret logs and identify patterns or failures • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git) and task management platforms (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) • Strong communication skills, with the ability to document and convey technical information clearly • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Degree in Information Technology or a related field (a plus) • Familiarity with programming languages or code reading (APIs, tests, scripts) (a plus) • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Kibana, New Relic) (a plus) • Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) (a plus) • Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (a plus) • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms (a plus) • Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD, test automation) (a plus) • Previous experience working at edtech companies or with SaaS products (a plus)
