📋 Description

• Develop, adjust and maintain ABAP programs related to SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PY, eSocial, among others) • Implement technical fixes and adjustments in reports, interfaces, forms and custom programs • Create and optimize queries, ALVs, BADIs, User-Exits, Enhancements and Classes • Support the implementation of SAP notes and compliance with HR legal updates • Work closely with functional consultants to analyze and resolve incidents • Prepare technical documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance of solutions • Perform unit and integration testing to ensure delivery quality

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in ABAP development within the SAP HCM context • Knowledge of integrations (IDocs, RFC, Web Services, PI/PO) • Experience in performance analysis and code optimization • Ability to interpret functional specifications and translate them into technical solutions • Knowledge of SAP HCM data structures and tables • Experience with ABAP development on S/4HANA and the use of CDS Views • Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 and OData • Experience in eSocial projects and legal payroll updates • Experience with SAP Workflow
