📋 Description

• Manage and maintain user profiles, groups, and resources in RACF (IBM Mainframe), applying the principle of least privilege. • Implement and review security policies, ensuring their effective enforcement across corporate platforms. • Monitor and analyze security logs, identify unauthorized access, and produce audit reports. • Diagnose and resolve permission and security issues related to RACF. • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations, working in collaboration with auditors. • Propose continuous improvements for security and access processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in administration and support of RACF/IBM Mainframe. • Advanced knowledge of information security and access controls. • Familiarity with audits, report generation, and monitoring tools. • Skills in diagnosing and resolving complex security-related problems. • Experience applying corporate security best practices and standards.
