📋 Description

• Lead the development team technically, acting as the reference for architecture and best practices • Support the Product Owner and leadership in defining technical priorities and planning deliveries • Lead and facilitate the team's agile ceremonies (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective and Refinement) • Act as a technical facilitator between development, architecture, infrastructure and other involved areas • Define development, architecture and software quality standards • Support developers in resolving complex technical problems • Promote code reviews (Code Review) and disseminate engineering best practices • Ensure adherence to client-established architecture, security and quality standards • Participate in defining solution architecture and the technological evolution of the applications • Identify technical risks and propose scalable and sustainable solutions • Act proactively in the continuous improvement of processes and the team's technical maturity • Encourage developers' technical growth through mentoring and knowledge sharing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields • Solid experience as a Tech Lead, Technical Lead, Specialist or Software Architect • Proven experience in Java development of high-criticality enterprise applications • Strong knowledge of Java • Strong knowledge of Spring Boot • Strong knowledge of REST APIs • Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture • Strong knowledge of messaging (Kafka) • Strong knowledge of SQL Server • Strong knowledge of Docker • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes • Experience with DevOps practices • Knowledge of Git, GitLab, Jenkins, Bamboo, Nexus and SonarQube • Knowledge of continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD) and pipeline automation • Experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform) • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) • Experience in code review, definition of standards and technical governance • Preferred: experience in financial or insurance market projects • Preferred: previous work in high availability and high transaction volume environments • Preferred: knowledge of event-driven architecture • Preferred: experience with observability (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus or similar) • Preferred: certifications in Java, Cloud or Software Architecture • Preferred: experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Clean Architecture practices
