📋 Description

• Address all phases from scope definition to solution release • Provide an operational-efficiency approach for running, supporting, and maintaining services throughout the system life cycle • Lead execution and delivery of a prioritized software development backlog for S&OM Digital Products • Collaborate with Supply & Order Management process/product owners, IT CoE Head, IT Business Partners, and Solutions Architect on project strategy, prioritization, estimates, technical resource selection, project definition, proposals, and plans • Lead end-to-end delivery backlog execution and ensure Sprint goals and release commitments are met • Act as Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives • Maintain Agile metrics and delivery artifacts, ensuring transparency and flow • Identify, track, and proactively remove delivery impediments • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness with Product Owners, architects, and designers • Ensure user stories are well-defined, estimated, and aligned with product goals and technical and quality standards • Develop implementation plans covering work plans, timelines, roles, and resources • Coordinate development and communication of infrastructure, program guidelines, processes, training programs, organizational structures, and new roles • Communicate delivery status, risks, and outcomes to IT and business stakeholders • Manage dependencies across teams, platforms, and external vendors; escalate risks and issues when required

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead in software development environments • Scrum Master/PMI Certification required • Strong ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations • Practical experience implementing or supporting agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Kanban, Crystal, XP / eXtreme Programming) • Knowledge of business processes related to commercial and supply operations (Order To Cash, Billing, Product Delivery, Order Management, WM/IM) • Fluent Portuguese and English, including speaking, writing, and reading • 6–8 years of experience in projects for Brazil localization, including at least 3 years directly related to SAP projects • Minimum 6 years of experience for Colombia localization, with SAP project or program experience in Brazil • General understanding of related business areas and team interdependencies • Ability to coach team members on Agile, Lean, and DevOps best practices • Knowledge of engineering practices including CI/CD, test automation, DevOps, and cloud-native development • High accountability and proactive attitude • Ability to resolve complex functional, technical, operational, and organizational problems • Ability to apply Lean principles to optimize processes and reduce waste • Strong communication skills with business and IT stakeholders worldwide • Tact and diplomacy in communicating standard information and exchanging ideas • Ability to present convincing arguments for complex ideas and projects • MSc Project Management is optional • Spanish for technical and business terms is optional
