📋 Description

• Work alongside the client's Product Owner in the operational management of the product • Support the management and organization of the Product Backlog • Elicit, analyze and document functional requirements and business rules • Write user stories using best practices (INVEST, acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready) • Participate in Discovery, Refinement, Planning, Review and Retrospective sessions • Ensure that requests are sufficiently detailed before development begins • Clarify functional questions with the development team during sprint execution • Conduct technical and functional refinements with multidisciplinary teams • Support prioritization of requests together with the client's PO • Validate deliverables from a functional perspective before business acceptance • Prepare process flows, business rules and functional documentation when necessary • Facilitate communication between business areas, architecture, development, QA/testing and stakeholders • Track backlog progress indicators, deliveries and agile metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner • Experience working in agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban • Experience writing user stories • Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques • Experience managing and maintaining a Product Backlog • Strong communication skills with both technical and business areas • Knowledge of acceptance criteria, refinement and prioritization of requests • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools • Ability to work in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments • Advantage: experience in the Insurance or Financial sector • Advantage: knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations • Advantage: familiarity with microservices architecture • Advantage: knowledge of BPMN or process modeling • Advantage: experience with Design Thinking, Event Storming or discovery techniques • Advantage: Scrum certifications (PSPO, PSM, CSM or similar) • Advantage: knowledge of SQL for simple queries • Advantage: experience in digital transformation projects
