📋 Description

• Work as a Governance Analyst at a global technology and business solutions company • Apply advanced IT management and governance knowledge based on the ITIL framework • Support the management of service desk systems, including their methods, processes, and tools • Apply project management practices in accordance with PMI methodologies • Use knowledge of Windows, hardware, software, and operating system maintenance • Apply ITIL best practices to event management, service request management, and incident management • Lead or supervise IT user support teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any Information Technology field • ITIL Foundation certification • HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR) certification • Advanced knowledge of IT management and governance based on the ITIL framework • Knowledge of Windows operating systems • Experience configuring and installing hardware and software • Experience maintaining operating systems • Knowledge of methods, processes, and tools for managing service desk systems • Knowledge of project management following PMI (Project Management Institute) practices and methodologies • Technical English proficiency • Experience leading or supervising IT user support teams • Experience applying ITIL best practices, especially in event management, service request management, and incident management
