📋 Description

• Act as a Senior IT Governance Analyst • Apply IT management and governance best practices based on ITIL frameworks • Work with Windows operating systems • Configure and install hardware and software • Perform operating system maintenance • Use methods, processes, and tools for managing service desk systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field • ITIL Foundation Certified v3 or higher • HDI Problem Management Professional (HDI-PM) certification • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, or a statement/document proving completion of a course with equivalent Quality Lead Auditor content and a minimum workload of 40 hours • Technical English • Professional experience in Information Technology • Advanced knowledge of IT management and governance best practices based on ITIL frameworks • Knowledge of Windows operating systems • Hardware and software configuration and installation • Operating system maintenance • Knowledge of methods, processes, and tools for managing service desk systems
