📋 Description

• Own and scale Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end. • Manage and grow large monthly budgets ($500K–$1M+) with ROAS / LTV focus. • Launch, test, and scale campaign structures and strategies - working hands-on inside ad accounts. • Operate on top of and help evolve our UA automation algorithm. • Design and execute testing frameworks. • Drive creative and funnel experiments together with product and creative teams. • Identify scalable growth levers and deliver controlled performance scale. • Maintain campaign logic and process documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, including campaign optimization at scale • Experience managing significant paid social budgets (from $500K monthly spend) • Experience with subscription-based or B2C digital products • Strong funnel understanding - web2web is the first priority (web2app or app experience is welcome on top) • Strong analytical and experimentation mindset; data-driven decision making • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills • High autonomy: ability to fully own the channel and operate independently • English B1+.
