• Respond to customer needs using scientific expertise and business acumen • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships • Identify and target potential new customers through market, revenue, and literature analyses • Develop new customer accounts • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Support, Customer Service, and Business Operations • Document communications and customer interactions in the CRM database • Acquire and engage prospective customers • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships • Demonstrate how STEMCELL products support customers’ research goals • Drive revenue across Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, the Northern Territory, and New Zealand territories
• Bachelor’s degree in the life sciences or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, or a Master’s or Doctorate degree in the life sciences • Laboratory experience with cell culture or cell isolation/separation is an asset • Strong communication and organizational skills • Highly motivated personality • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals • Scientific background sufficient to provide technical product expertise • Ability to analyze markets, revenue, and literature • Experience or ability to use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
