📋 Description

• Provides Nationwide title services and supports real estate transactions • Provide a high level of customer service and proactive communication to internal and external customers related to title services • Work with customers, attorneys and lenders in an advisory capacity to resolve issues impacting title insurability prior to closing for commercial transactions • Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title related issues such as missing, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title commitment • Follow standard procedures and guidelines and comply with internal and external policies and regulations • Understand how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams • Recognize and solve typical problems; select solutions from established options • Manage own workload and perform all other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience • Customer service skills and proactive communication to internal and external customers • Ability to work with customers, attorneys and lenders to resolve title insurability issues • Knowledge of title services and real estate transactions • Ability to obtain documentation to clear title-related issues in accordance with policies and regulations • Follows standard procedures and guidelines; works under general supervision • Individual contributor; manages own workload; no supervisory responsibilities
