• Independent responsibility for a group of approximately 400 employees covering all HR processes from hiring through termination • Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and references • Independent execution of payroll processing using the SAGE payroll system • Competent and helpful support for employees and their managers • Maintenance of personnel master data and personnel files • General administrative tasks
• Completed commercial/vocational training, ideally with further qualification as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann/-frau) or an equivalent qualification • Solid practical experience in payroll processing and personnel administration • Up-to-date knowledge of social security and employment law • Conscientious and solution-oriented working style • Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with different occupational groups and stakeholders
