⢠Work closely with the UA team to build a world-class user acquisition department. ⢠Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across key platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, video networks and incentivized traffic. ⢠Monitor key metrics to assess and optimize campaign effectiveness. ⢠Close collaboration with the creative team to design and test engaging ad content and strategies. ⢠Set budgets, forecast performance and ensure campaigns stay on track. ⢠Prepare detailed performance reports and share actionable insights to drive future growth. ⢠Manage relationships with advertising platforms and media agencies to maximize results. ⢠Stay ahead of industry trends by conducting competitor analysis and identifying new growth opportunities.
⢠Proven track record in user acquisition and performance marketing. ⢠Several years of professional experience in gaming/entertainment industry, a passion for gaming across all genres. ⢠A completed Bachelor's degree or MBA in marketing or related field. ⢠Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals. ⢠Good understanding of marketing attribution. ⢠Strong understanding of the customer development lifecycle from acquisition to retention and reactivation, including lifetime value (LTV) measurement and optimization to customer quality. ⢠Very good analytical and conceptual skills; a good knowledge of Excel is required. ⢠Excellent work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a results-oriented manner. ⢠Experience in bringing new mobile games to market preferred. ⢠Outstanding leadership abilities and cross-functional collaboration. ⢠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with partners in a remote environment.
