📋 Description

• Own the Growth Engine • Build and execute the growth strategy for STNDRD’s training app, coaching, and telehealth services • Drive scalable user acquisition across paid media, creators, content, and emerging channels • Identify new growth opportunities and test new acquisition strategies • Build repeatable systems that create predictable growth • Lead Performance Marketing • Own and scale paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend based on performance • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for performance tracking • Optimize campaigns against key metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback period • Build the Creative Growth Engine • Lead the creative strategy behind all paid and growth marketing • Manage and mentor the in-house creative team (designers and editors) • Establish a rapid experimentation and testing culture • Identify winning creative concepts and scale them quickly • Strengthen the Brand & Community • Ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across all channels • Leverage athlete storytelling, fitness education, and creator partnerships • Help build an engaged STNDRD community through authentic content • Collaborate Across the Company • Partner with product, coaching, and leadership teams on launches and growth initiatives • Align marketing strategy with product development and platform growth • Manage agencies, freelancers, and external marketing partners

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of marketing experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing leadership • Proven success scaling consumer apps, subscription platforms, or DTC brands • Deep expertise in paid social advertising (Meta, TikTok) • Strong understanding of mobile attribution, analytics, and marketing unit economics • Experience leading creative teams and producing high-performing digital advertising • Highly analytical with a strong experimentation mindset • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
