• Analyze conflict reports for new business and potential new hires and communicate results • Exercise judgment to escalate to Firm Counsel and the Director of Business Intake and Conflicts any uncertain or unusual conflict situations • As requested by firm attorneys, draft consent letters • Work with the Business Intake Department as needed to construct, monitor, and disable ethical walls • Recommend process/service improvements, solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy • Ensure compliance with conflicts related Firm policies and procedures and assist in the development of department procedures and processes
• Juris Doctor degree and bar membership in the jurisdiction of at least one Firm office location required • Experience with conflicts of interest analysis or related risk management initiatives and familiarity with Intapp Open, preferred
