📋 Description

• Build long-term, high-quality solutions, working end-to-end from discovery to delivery • Propose technical solutions, challenge the status quo and recommend continuous improvements to business flows • Translate complex business rules into code, including commission calculations, partner activation, time windows and feature flags • Build and evolve scalable, asynchronous solutions using the AWS ecosystem • Support the continuous migration of legacy services to modern architectures • Ensure proper coexistence between legacy services and modern architectures during migration • Consider the impact on the ecosystem and integrations with other squads • Balance technical quality with deadlines and business feasibility

🎯 Requirements

• Software development with TypeScript/Node.js, with a focus on NestJS • Solid experience with cloud distributed systems, including containers, message queues, and relational and non-relational databases • Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, design patterns and SOLID principles • Strong knowledge of unit and integration testing • Experience with code review • Comfortable with Docker/containerization and git/gitflow in day-to-day work • Ability to deeply understand business rules and translate them into clean, testable and maintainable code • Product mindset and ability to balance technical quality, deadlines and business feasibility • Experience with serverless architecture and AWS (Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB) is a plus • Experience in financial markets, payments or sales-oriented products is a plus • Experience as a technical reference, supporting and mentoring other team members is a plus • Familiarity with production experimentation, such as A/B testing and Amplitude, is a plus • Authentic use of AI tools in daily work is a plus
