📋 Description

• Independently conduct data reconciliation and support the area’s accounting close • Create and maintain data pipelines and automations, ensuring quality and observability through monitoring and testing • Collect data, identify sources, and ensure information integrity • Conduct intermediate to advanced analyses, combining sources to identify anomalies, answer ambiguous business questions, and derive insights • Develop and optimize interactive dashboards and reports, proposing metrics and visualizations • Identify financial inconsistencies and incorrect flows in databases such as the Ledger, investigate root causes, and direct corrective actions • Support internal and external audits by structuring datasets and evidence • Collaborate with Accounting, Product, Regulatory, and other teams, understanding analytical needs and proposing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced SQL: complex queries, query optimization, window functions, and stored procedures • Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in BI tools (Looker, Power BI, or similar) • Understanding of data modeling for BI (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) • Fluency in at least one programming language, such as Python, with the ability to optimize scripts or pipelines • Experience with data transformation processes (ETL/ELT) and pipeline quality and observability assurance • Familiarity with terminal tools, such as gcloud • Bachelor’s degree completed • At least 3 years of experience in Data and Metrics • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights • Strong communication skills and the ability to present results clearly to technical and business audiences • Previous experience in fintech, banking, or financial markets is preferred • Familiarity with BigQuery, Databricks, or Google Apps Script is preferred • Applied statistics is preferred • Experience with code version control using Git is preferred • Experience with accounting and regulatory topics is preferred
