📋 Description

• You will be responsible for ensuring our customers remain with us, creating value, delighting them and retaining them through detailed knowledge of our solutions, management of a sales funnel, addressing customer needs and executing upsells, cross-sells and negotiations. • Serve customers. • Identify opportunities and solution needs for the customer's business, generating value. • Respond to customer requests and identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, negotiations and new business avenues to drive sales. • Identify potential issues customers may have and act to improve their performance. • Communicate with the Product, Risk and Support teams to resolve problems, sell and implement new solutions.

• Results- and goal-oriented. • Analytical skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proactivity and resilience to solve problems and suggest improvements. • Organized to manage your activities and customer pipeline. • Previous experience in sales. • Basic knowledge of Excel.
