The company offers import services, full-service warehousing, transport management, and a proprietary Analytics by Vendemmia platform using data, AI/ML and real-time visibility to optimize operations, reduce costs and improve decision-making for business customers. Vendemmia operates across Brazil (and has a US office), targeting B2B clients that need integrated logistics, technology and consultative services.

📋 Description

• Manage foreign exchange (FX) operations, ensuring compliance with settlement deadlines; • Analyze FX exposure and monitor upcoming maturities; • Validate documents, amounts, currencies and rates for FX transactions; • Obtain quotes and negotiate with banks and brokers; • Control international payments and record settlements in the system; • Manage bank remittances and returns, ensuring correct financial settlement; • Prepare management reports and area performance indicators; • Monitor pending payments and support negotiations with suppliers when necessary; • Enter payments into the bank and via bank remittance; • Identify opportunities to improve, standardize and automate financial processes; • Serve as the area’s technical reference, supporting the team and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, International Trade or related fields. • Solid experience in foreign exchange operations and international payments; • Experience forecasting FX exposure and controlling maturities; • Experience reviewing import and export documents (Invoice, Packing List, DI and other trade/FX documents) is a plus; • Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Conexos) is a plus; • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; • Analytical and organized profile, with good communication, negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with banks, brokers and suppliers;
