📋 Description

• Expertise in payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labor and social security legislation. • Process payroll, provisions, vacation pay, 13th-month salary (13th salary), terminations, hires and employee movements. • Submit, verify and monitor eSocial events, FGTS Digital and other statutory ancillary obligations. • Configure, support and improve payroll systems. • Identify opportunities to automate and simplify processes, reducing manual tasks. • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and management reports. • Create queries, validations and data reconciliations to ensure data quality. • Map processes, document workflows and propose continuous improvements. • Act as an interface between Payroll/Personnel (DP), IT, system vendors and other company departments. • Support implementation, upgrade and integration projects for HR/Payroll systems. • Perform testing of new functionalities, homologation (user acceptance testing) and system validations. • Prepare support materials and guide users on area processes and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Information Systems or related fields. • Experience in Personnel/Payroll routines. • Experience with payroll systems; knowledge of LG Sistemas is desirable. • Advanced Excel skills. • Comfortable with data analysis and technology.
