📋 Description
• Support the interface for gathering documentation, payment receipts, and sending documents to be processed for accounts payable • Assist in supplier relations and in directing responses to supplier inquiries and questions • Assist in receiving and organizing fiscal documents and accounts payable records • Support testing of tools and systems and in the approval and validation of processes • Follow and ensure adherence to the company's established ethical standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting (completed or in final year) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Knowledge of integrated systems and ERP platforms is desirable
