📋 Description

• Prepare schedules, line-of-balance charts and S-curves for new projects, analyzing the best execution strategies; • Monitor the physical progress of ongoing construction projects. Identify critical activities, replan and develop action plans with the site team to prevent delays and ensure construction quality; • Prepare and present comparative reports; • Monitor the costs of ongoing projects (analysis of expenditures, contract values, disbursement curves, potential overruns or reductions, budget appropriations, deviations from initial cost, month-to-month variations); • Monitor, approve and support the site team in processing requests, contractor measurements and contract terminations (distratos).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; • Experience in the Construction industry; • Intermediate/Advanced Excel, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD skills; • Knowledge of the Mega system or other cost-management platforms; • Analytical, detail-oriented, curious and organized.
