📋 Description

• Support the monitoring and improvement of IT Governance processes and controls • Monitor technology risks, action plans, and improvement initiatives with the responsible teams • Assist with internal and external audits by organizing information and evidence • Collaborate with various technology teams to track requests and understand technical processes • Contribute to the documentation of IT processes, controls, and procedures • Support the creation and updating of performance indicators • Participate in technical meetings and forums, tracking deliverables and outstanding items • Work in partnership with Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Platforms, Data, and Information Security teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field, in progress or completed • Knowledge of infrastructure, databases, and cloud environments • Basic knowledge of software development, programming, and integrations • Basic knowledge of information security and IT controls • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills • Basic knowledge of IT Governance best practices, such as ITIL or COBIT • Experience with technology processes, internal controls, or audits
