📋 Description

• Lead and develop technical teams by promoting career management, mentoring, ongoing training, and talent retention • Serve as a technical reference for Networking, Connectivity, and Security disciplines • Define, implement, and maintain architecture and technical governance standards, frameworks, and best practices • Organize and develop the team’s technical capabilities, ensuring up-to-date skills and delivery excellence • Drive the discipline’s technology roadmap, considering new technologies, certifications, innovation, and market trends • Encourage the use of Generative AI and AIOps in network operations, including automation, configuration analysis, fault identification, and troubleshooting • Support capacity planning and professional allocation according to project and client needs • Participate in pricing and the development of technical and commercial proposals, considering effort estimation, seniority, and team composition • Promote process evolution through automation, NetDevOps practices, and continuous improvement • Partner with stakeholders and Client Faces to identify

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field • Knowledge of ITIL • Familiarity with agile methodologies • Experience monitoring performance indicators and managing teams
