📋 Description

• Build and maintain the information security program, including policies, standards, and progress metrics • Serve as a consultative advisor to Engineering, Product, IT, and other teams on architecture decisions • Advance the secure development lifecycle (Secure SDLC, threat modeling, code review, SAST, DAST, dependency and container scanning) • Review and enhance security controls in AWS cloud environments, including IAM, networking, secrets, logging, and backups • Establish the vulnerability management process, including identification, classification, prioritization, and remediation • Coordinate penetration tests, external assessments, and third-party due diligence/risk assessments • Establish the security incident response plan and lead regular simulations • Support compliance with Brazil’s LGPD, audits, technical meetings/customer RFPs, and future certifications such as ISO 27001 • Support corporate security, including identities, corporate endpoints, and access lifecycle management • Serve as the Information Security point of contact at Pulsus

🎯 Requirements

• Strong, broad-based experience in Information Security (AppSec, Cloud Security, Infrastructure, or GRC) • Experience with web application, API, and SaaS architecture security • Practical knowledge of secure development (DevSecOps) and OWASP risks • Experience with vulnerability management tools (SAST, DAST, secrets scanning, container security) and CI/CD pipelines • Strong knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS, and access management (IAM) • Knowledge of LGPD, data privacy, and incident response plans • Degree in IT, Information Security, or a related field • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills for effective collaboration in a fully remote environment • Previous experience in B2B SaaS companies or supporting Enterprise customers • Experience with mobile security (Android) or MDM/EMM platforms • Experience preparing for ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, or frameworks such as CIS Controls/NIST • Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Security, Security+, CISSP, CCSP, or ISO 27001
