📋 Description

• Be part of a team responsible for developing models that understand customer behavior, identify the best moment for an interaction, recommend the most suitable offer, and determine the best communication channel. • Use Data Science and AI to make each experience more relevant, increasing value generation for our customers and for the business. • Transform complex problems into scalable, high-impact solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of product and business metrics, connecting model performance to business outcomes. • Ability to balance technical sophistication, customer experience, scalability, and value generation. • Solid background in Statistics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. • Advanced knowledge of modern Data Science and AI techniques, with expertise in areas such as Causal Inference, Bayesian Inference, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Generative AI, or Prescriptive Modeling. • Experience developing predictive models and Machine Learning solutions, applying different modeling techniques to solve complex business problems. • Ability to select the most appropriate approach considering performance, interpretability, scalability, and business impact. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and intelligent agents. • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for developing analytical solutions and distributed data processing at scale. • Experience with Databricks and its ecosystem (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Jobs, Workflows, and MLflow), as well as Machine Learning and AI frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex. • Strong knowledge in experiment design and analysis (A/B testing), causal inference, and statistical evaluation of results. • Experience building scalable production solutions using engineering best practices, MLOps, and model monitoring. • Ability to communicate technical results clearly, translating analyses into business recommendations through data storytelling.
