📋 Description

• Develop and support applications, automations, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform for the company’s critical processes • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, ensuring consistency, traceability, and error handling • Evaluate requirements and design technical solutions, identifying impacts, dependencies, and risks • Participate in defining and validating business rules from conception through delivery • Develop new functionality and enhance existing solutions based on technical and data analysis • Analyze incidents and integration failures, identify root causes, and drive remediation • Administer and support the platform, contributing to its availability, security, performance, and continuous improvement • Document configurations, customizations, integrations, and technical decisions • Collaborate in technical discussions, solution validations, and implementation reviews, including partner deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, GlideRecord, and GlideAjax • Experience with Flow Designer automations and integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and/or SOAP • Knowledge of the platform’s data model, including tables, fields, relationships, references between records, and table extension • Knowledge of ITSM modules, especially Incident, Request, Change, and Problem • Knowledge of Service Catalog configuration and development • Knowledge of platform security, including ACLs, roles, groups, and data access controls • Experience with Update Sets and/or version control and application promotion mechanisms across instances • Experience administering and supporting the platform, including properties, configurations, clones, upgrades, and troubleshooting • Ability to translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions • Experience investigating and resolving platform and integration incidents, including log analysis, testing, and root-cause identification • ServiceNow certifications, especially CSA and CAD, are a plus • Experience with Custom Applications, ServiceNow portals, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, widgets, UI Builder, Workspaces, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Server, SSO/SAML, CI/CD, ATF, Python, or Go is a plus
