📋 Description

• Lead and scale our digital strategy across multiple brands and markets nationwide • Develop and manage local digital marketing strategies across SEO/AI, LSA, Paid Ads, email, social media, and content marketing • Oversee local roofing partners digital presence, including website performance, UX optimization, and content updates • Plan, execute and work with agencies with paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified traffic and conversions • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, PowerBI, Acculynx and other platforms • Collaborate with regional teams to localize campaigns and support market-specific initiatives • Manage digital marketing budgets and vendor relationships • Lead A/B testing and conversion rate optimization efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a multi-location or national brand environment • Proven success managing paid media, SEO, and content strategies • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation platforms • Excellent communication and project management abilities • Experience with WordPress, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
