• Design the supply chain solution and perform setup for the client's including business processes, system configuration, customization, and integration with third party applications • Facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders to extract critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of process design, software products, customizations, and integrations to meet those needs • Serve as a contributor within our implementation delivery team to develop a solution proposal and execution plan that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project goals as well as longer term needs • Provide leadership and technical guidance in supply chain management and proactively identifies risks and mitigation plans within respective functional area • Maintain knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare solutions • Communicate complex topics regarding solutions and related projects to audiences both with and without deep technical skills • Perform demonstrations of D365 SCM to clients as part of project execution as part of our proof of concept, Joint Process Design methodology • Leverage knowledge and experience to find and encourage win-win solutions with team members and clients • Organize tasks and projects efficiently and set clear goals to ensure timely completion • Make effective decisions and recommendations for Stoneridge Software and our clients’ best interests • Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail • Prioritize self-development by attending training or self-learning to enhance skills and expertise • Instill trust through honesty, integrity, and respect, modeling the organization’s values and vision
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience • 5-8+ years of consulting experience • 3+ Years leading D365 F&O implementations • At least 2 full life cycle D365 F&O implementations with Supply Chain Management • Experience working within the following D365 F&O modules: Advanced Warehouse / Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Inventory Valuation and Closing, Logistics, Product Information Management, Product Returns and/or Supply Chain • Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve complex business requirements, and streamline/automate business processes • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English • Exhibits Stoneridge Software’s Core Values of Integrity, Technical Excellence, Tenacity, Client Centric, and Enjoy your Work
