📋 Description
• Play a key role in ensuring asset data is accurate and up-to-date • Be the go-to person for keeping the asset management system (ActiveH) accurate • Respond to queries and tasks through the Halo ticketing system • Collaborate with development teams to source property component information • Carry out data cleansing and quality checks to maintain high standards • Suggest improvements to processes and systems while managing workload to meet targets
🎯 Requirements
• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas like VLOOKUP is a bonus!) • Excellent attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset • Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently as well as part of a team • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
