📋 Description
• Represent the university, based out of a home office in the Los Angeles/Santa Clara area • Assist in developing and expanding recruitment initiatives to increase enrollment • Work with internal and external university partner offices to assist in student recruitment and yield activities • Build territory outreach plans based on office and university goals • Engage with students, families, school counselors, IECs, and university partner offices to provide information on admissions and enrollment processes and policies • Engage in holistic evaluation of admissions applications to the university and make recommendations on applicants • Support targeted recruitment program or efforts which may include alumni engagement, student development and volunteer program, electronic communications, recruitment technologies, and other priorities as determined by office leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s Degree (foreign equivalent or higher) • One year of full-time professional experience in a college or university setting • Proficiency with technology, office software, and communication systems • Must have, keep and maintain the appropriate valid Driver’s License; have a motor vehicle record which is free from major violations or a pattern of repeat violations. • Experience in admissions counseling and recruitment (preferred) • Experience in reviewing applications for admission and making recommendations for admission (preferred) • Experience and knowledge with higher education technology platforms, i.e., SLATE (preferred)
