📋 Description
• Represent the university from a home office in the Los Angeles/Santa Clara area • Assist in developing and expanding recruitment initiatives • Work with internal and external university partner offices to assist in student recruitment • Engage with students, families, school counselors, and university partner offices • Provide information on admissions and enrollment processes • Conduct follow up to increase application completion and yield rates • Support targeted recruitment program or efforts
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s Degree (foreign equivalent or higher) • One year of full-time professional experience in a college or university setting • Proficiency with technology, office software and communication systems • Must have and maintain an appropriate valid Driver’s License • Experience in admissions counseling and recruitment preferred • Experience in reviewing applications for admission and making recommendations for admission preferred • Experience working with diverse populations preferred • Experience with higher education technology platforms preferred • Experience with program planning, implementation, assessing and innovating preferred
