• Lead a team of estimators • Set the vision and define standards • Build the QC process and establish estimate-to-actual feedback loop • Drive performance and coach estimators • Scale the team for 175 deals

🎯 Requirements

• REAL construction estimating experience • Built detailed cost estimates for residential renovation, general contracting, or construction projects • Understand material takeoffs, labor pricing, subcontractor scoping • Taken a team and given it direction • Self-starter who does not require micro-management • Think in systems • Manage up when CEO or PM pushes for a lower number
