📋 Description

• Define and articulate technical vision and strategy for scalable systems • Identify and prioritize high-impact technical initiatives across core systems • Collaborate with product management to develop technical roadmap • Write high-quality, maintainable code in Elixir/Phoenix • Design and implement event-driven architectures and real-time systems • Provide technical direction and guidance to engineering teams • Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure systems • Guide and mentor engineers at various levels • Partner with Product and other stakeholders to prioritize work

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering • Strong focus on Elixir programming language • Proven track record of architecting and implementing complex systems • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP • Strong understanding of functional programming principles • Experience building data pipelines and large datasets • Technical proficiency in Elixir/Phoenix and OTP • Familiarity with front-end technologies (React, TypeScript) is a plus • Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
