📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers to deliver high-impact technical demos and discovery • Partner with Sales leadership to align SE resources with pipeline priorities and deal strategy • Own technical win strategy across the sales cycle, from discovery through technical close • Coach the team to connect Storyblok's capabilities directly to customer business value • Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, feeding field insights into the roadmap • Recruit, hire, and onboard new Solution Engineers • Define and track team performance metrics (e.g., win rates, deal velocity, technical CSAT) • Develop and maintain SE enablement content, demo environments, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Required: prior experience as a Solution Engineering Manager • Required: experience with SaaS products, ideally in a technical pre-sales capacity • Preferred: experience with CMS, DXP, or web/content management platforms • Preferred: background as an individual-contributor Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing role prior to management • Preferred: familiarity with modern web development concepts (APIs, JavaScript frameworks, headless architecture) • Preferred: experience selling into enterprise or mid-market buyers • Demonstrates AI literacy, with the ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, decision-making, and quality of work while applying sound judgment and critical thinking.
