📋 Description

• Own a major sports client's product rollout and AI-enabled services • Configure client products and integrations and take them from brief to live through onboarding, testing, and rollout • Build and run AI-powered automations, tools, and workflows to accelerate delivery and improve client outcomes • Maintain AI services after launch by monitoring inputs and outputs and identifying issues proactively • Investigate and reproduce issues by checking configuration, data, and expected behavior • Provide Engineering with clear, actionable problem reports • Identify worthwhile product fixes and work directly with engineers to ship them • Communicate progress and constraints clearly to clients • Convert client learnings into changes for Product and Engineering • Direct one or two more junior teammates • Create tools and automation that improve future delivery cycles

🎯 Requirements

• Real-world experience building something with AI, such as an automation, an agentic pipeline step, or a relied-upon tool; not merely chatbot use • Experience taking a client-facing product or integration from brief to live and operating it after launch • Technical background in support, integrations, QA, development, or similar • Comfort with APIs, SDKs, configuration, and data without needing to be an engineer • Experience working where processes were not yet established, such as a startup, scale-up, fast-moving agency, or own venture • Ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information and make progress independently • Clear, direct communication with clients and technical teams • Nice to have: background in sport, media, live events, or ad-tech • Nice to have: experience with SaaS or developer-facing products, including SDKs, CMS, and analytics
