• Own the company's operations across all products • Turn how we work into something real • Define clear roles, responsibilities, teams and processes • Manage hiring at pace high bar • Own costs across SaaS, AI and cloud • Ensure high delivery quality for client moments • Drive internal operations using AI and automation • Spot and define missing roles or processes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running operations in a fast-moving, high-growth technology or SaaS environment • Hands-on as well as strategic • Ability to read a billing dashboard • Ability to sit with engineers • Experience in client calls • Restructuring teams effectively • Direct communication and accountability skills • Evidence of making things happen
