• Own the company's operations end to end across all products • Define clear processes, roles, and responsibilities • Hire teams at pace • Manage company cost and infrastructure • Ensure delivery rigour for client events • Drive AI-first operations

🎯 Requirements

• Run operations in a fast-moving, high-growth technology or SaaS environment • Ability to operate in undefined scope • Hands-on and strategic • Experience in hiring and team management • Knowledge of cost management across SaaS, AI, and cloud • Experience with AI and automation in operations
